April 1953
Established by former president Hideo Shirai with a capital of 300,000 yen. Started export business of various tools, auto parts and general merchandises to Southeast Asia, South America and Europe.
March 1963
Hideo Shirai left office and retired so as to dedicate himself to missionary work as a full-time trustee of the Gideons International Japan branch
April 1963
Current Chief Executive Officer Yoshiaki Hashimoto assumed president.
April 1968
Head office moved from 2-5, Dojima kamidori, Kita-ku, Osaka to 15, Minami Ohgimachi, Kitaku, Osaka.
October 1971
Head office moved from the above to the present location.
February 1979
The capital was increased to 10 million yen.
March 1983
New three-story reinforced concrete building was completed with a gross floor area of 408 sqm in lot area of 165 sqm.
December 2001
Yoshiaki Hashimoto assumed Chief Executive Officer.
December 2001
Current president Masato Hashimoto assumed president.
January 2017
The situation continues up to today.
